BUFFALO STAMPEDERS REFUND POLICY

The Buffalo Stampeders is committed to providing quality services. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

  1. No Refunds
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made, including but not limited to Team Registration Fees, Participation Fees, Event Admission (i.e. ticket sales) and Concessions (food and drink sales). This applies to all payment methods and includes deposits, down payments, and full payments.

  2. Exchanges
    The only exchange offered is if a practice or event is cancelled due to circumstances outside the control of the Buffalo Stampeders. If possible, an alternative date will be offered and communicated to all parties.

  3. Exceptions
    Refunds or adjustments may be issued only in the following cases:

    • The sport, season, or event is canceled and no contests, tournaments, or events have been completed.

    • The service was not delivered due to circumstances outside the control of the Buffalo Stampeders. This includes all weather cancellations, government-issued declarations of emergency, and acts of God.
